Brandt Maybury
Brandt has had a successful career as a chef and food consultant in almost every sector of the food industry, from gastropubs and Michelin star restaurants, to 5 star hotels and French ski resorts.
Brandt has worked with Green & Black's chocolate since 2013, developing new product ranges and recipes whilst serving as 'face of the brand' in all media comms and PR activations.
He is a regular judge for several food awards, including the Great Taste Awards, World Food Innovation Awards, Academy of Chocolate, and Soil Association's BOOM awards.
In 2017 he Co-founded Tastehead, the London-based food and beverage development agency.
